the life of a saint

i know im suppose to be studying for chinese or preparing for OP or revising my bio SPA.
in short, im suppose to do everything but nt blogging.
yet, here im blogging. i hope all of u recoginze my efforts in saving this blog and give me credit for it.

none of u attend christian college so here's how a typical day in SAJC starts out.
u walk past the lecture theatre on the way to the cafe(btw, we pronunce it as cafe not CA-FE).don't ask me why its cafe and not CA-FE cuz nobody knows.maybe some bimbo started it n the name stuck.

anyway...when u glance into the LT, u will see a grp of ppl taking part in morning worship. erm,u don't jz see them,u hear them too cuz they sing hymns n play the guitar.always been tempted to go in KPO but my insticnts tell me not to try cuz the ppl in there might jz drag u to morning worship the next day.

after flag raising, it scripture time. corinthans, psalms, genesis, esseccccck(whatever,i dont know how to spell) these are chpaters in the bible.i think.so whoever is incharge tt day will read a phase frm the bible and expalin it. this can take damn long depending on who is reading.sometimes i find tt it makes sense but sometimes it jz completely turns me off cuz i totally dun agreee.guess i will nv be religious.

Tts all?not yet...then the person reading will lead us for a word of prayer.

"let us bow our heads for a word of prayer"
believe it anot, we really do it.nut sometimes, ppl jz wanna close their eyes.
"dear heavenly father..............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................all this we commit into ur hands, in jesus name we pray. Amen"

if it is friday, we have chapel.so we sing hymns (most of the time we stone, at least I do)
but on the last chapel session of the term, we sing our college hymn.tts like what the whole sch looks foward too.its really nice cuz everybdy puts their arms over each other, sway, and sings it super loud.its real nice, right ruimin?
then we sing another hymn:god dismiss us
to end off the term

here's the main thing im trying to say.
i dunno how ppl can be so religious. studying in sa makes me feel abit..anti-religion?nt jz christian but to all religion.
not tt they do anything to me . jz kinda irritates me when ppl keep talking about god non-stop.of course there are something tt i i find makes sense and some hymns that i can relate to.but when u get too much of something, u really get irritated by it. get what i mean??no?.haha
u gotta be there to feel how i feel.

u know,if u go to Bugis, u will see alot of ppl going to the temples nearby to pray.then on the way there, u will see some handicapped/old people selling tissue or basking. then, there is also this roadside stall that sells some lotus flower thingy.u suppose to write ur wishes on it and the chinese gods suppose to make it come true.

know what's weird?u see alot of ppl buyinhg the lotus thing but nobody donating to those old ppl. like HELLO?!?!
u suppose to do good deeds but u rather spend money on the lotus thing them spend it to help this handicap guy buy lunch?

seriously, the way ppl perceive religion can be screwed sometimes.erm.no offence meant but jz my train of thoughts :)
